Why do we specify a browser?

After some debate following our last web design which was designed to work in browsers level 3 and above
we made the decision to take advantage of the facilities new browsers support and in the interests of furthering
the future evolvement of this site have chosen a newer type browser revision.

The Internet is a fascinating and evolving medium that needs to be allowed to evolve, unless we the user take advantage and make use of the developments the web offers it will cease to do this.

We do not advocate the use of upgrades to browser software as and when they become available but offer a
responsibility to the user to evaluate their browser and software at least yearly, to consider the benefits on offer
in upgrading. We accept that our site may be non-viewable to those with older browser technology and non-visual browsers we will work to providing an alternative, limited time and resources permitting.
